The owner of Meta(Facebook, WhatsApp & Instagram) has revealed its companies plan to lay off some good numberbof workers just to cut down cost as the entire economy needs careful plan to survive.
The Meta Ceo plan came in after his announcement of his wealth climbing to $71 billion after earning $4.57 billion in 24 hours.
He also revealed that the company will lay off more workers and incur restructuring cost ranging from $3 billion and $5 billion and warned that many companies are going to experience such economic problem in their organisation for many years to come so it is better to restructure presently.
Zuckerberg expressed in a blog post that his organisation will unveil its restructuring plan based on flattening organisation, cancelling low priority projects and reducing employment rate.
He also named 2023 as his year of efficiency for Meta in which the company want to be more efficient and defter in its operation.
He expressed, “We are technology company and our ultimate output is what we build for people,
“As part of restructuring, we will increase each managers direct report”.
