The Supreme Court judgement on friday has pronounce the use of old N200, N500, N1,000 notes as legal tender to remain in circulation till December 31, 2023.
The judgement from the said court also declared the Federal Government’s naira redesign policy unconstitutional, refers to it as an affront to the 1999 Constitution and both old and new naira notes should co-exist.
