The drama continues as INEC bars Douye Diri of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the Bayelsa govenorship election from entering the INEC headquarters for collection of his Certificate of Return even as he was return as governor by the judgement of the Supreme Court that disqualified the governor elect, David Lyon.
The security operatives halted Diri immediately after his arrival at the gate of INEC at the early hours of the morning and was later addressed by a senior INEC official who advised him to go that the Commission will revert back to him at the right time.
Uneasy lies the head that wears the crown!
