Governor Sheriff Oborevwori has today appointed the Delta State governorship candidate of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) in the 2023 gubernatorial elections, Engr. Goodnews Agbi, as his Special Adviser.
He also appointed the House of Representatives candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) for Ethiope Federal Constituency in the last general elections, Mr. Michael Ogboru Esq. and former Burutu Council Chairman, Mr. Ebikeme Clark, as his Special Advisers.
While Ebikeme is the eldest son of the Elder statesman and former Minister of Information, Chief Edwin Clark, Michael son of serial governorship contestant in the state, Chief Great Ogboru.
This appointments was contained in a statement issued by the Secretary to the State Government, Dr. Kingsley Emu, on Monday 4th September, 2023.

Other appointees as Special Advisers to the Governor are; Hon. Barr. Charles Whomrowho Oniyere, Mr. Sylvester Oromoni, Hon. Shedrack Ekene Rapu, Dr. Donald Onyibe Peterson, Hon. Peter Uviejitobor and Chief Nath Azuka Igbadi.
