ZIK GBEMRE SPEAKS ON AMORI’S CRIMINAL IMPERSONATION AS SENATOR: A BOOST TO LATIMORE CAREER AS A RENTAL BLACKMAILER

It is not in my character to join issues with nonentity, least of all a jobber, Latimore Oghenesivbe, who goes about claiming he is a lawyer, but whose only known livelihood is to go around politicians with fat wallets begging for paid engagement as a tool for blackmail of political opponents.

I am not surprised, that Chief Ighoyota Amori, is not being sombre over my renewed call for his arrest and prosecution for shamelessly impersonating as a Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, which he is not after being stripped of a shortlived stolen mandate.

Neither am I fazed by Amori’s recourse to engaged the cheap agent of blackmail, Latimore, for a fee I can’t ascertain yet, to divert attention from the real issue and feel good about calling Zik Gbemre names. Latimore must be very happy I have given his career as a rental blackmailer a big boost with my position on Amori.

I have not forgotten how Latimore Oghenesivbe started his trade as a blackmail agent in Delta state politics when Olorogun O’tega Emerhor, first engaged him. There was no unprintable word he didn’t smear on thieving Ex-Convict former Governor James Ibori and his political dynasty of greed, including incumbent Governor Ifeanyi Okowa.

No sooner did Okowa gain governorship, than Latimore stabbed Emerhor in the back, selling his main product, blackmail, to same Okowa he had abused and called names, biting the Emerhor’s fingers that fed him. I am aware of others who he blackmailed for and turned around to stab in the back in the Delta political circle.

And by the cheap tantrums he has chosen to throw at Zik Gbemre and childish arguments on the point of law in trying to take the panadol for Amori’s headache, I am doubtful more than before whether Latimore earned a genuine license to practice the law he claimed to have studied recently as an aged man.

Beyond the excitement of appending Barr or Barrister to his bloated ego, I am challenging Latimore to prove if he had stood on the bar for one minute in a court of competent jurisdiction to defend a client to victory in any legal tussle. Shamefully so, there is no dictionary in the world where Barr or Barrister is a title, except in Nigeria where people are crazy for titles.

Besides calling Zik Gbemre names, what were Latimore’s laughable arguments –

1. That someone is behind Zik Gbemre’s call for arrest and prosecution of Amori which the chief blackmailer termed “attack on Amori”. I know who his paymasters have been from time, but can Litimore mention whoever is behind me for any reason?

2. He tried to divert the real substance by referring to a 2016 impersonation by Amori which I only referenced to tell how long he’s been falsely parading himself as a Senator. Only a couple of days ago, he was reported in the media by Sunny Apah as claiming he’s a Senator.

3. That Amori impersonating a senator is in order and that Zik Gbemre should go to court. How embarrassing? See a charge and bail lawyer talking. He doesn’t know the case as this is a criminal matter. It’s the State (POLICE) Vs Amori. Otherwise I would have sued him. That’s why I am also urging the Nigerian Police to do the needful without fear or favour.

4. That Amori was declared winner by INEC and the court thought otherwise. Now I know Latimore is either a fake lawyer or he has no respect for the profession. Which should be more respected, an INEC declaration or the nullification of that declaration by a court based on constitutional violations?

5. That he wants to be joined in the trial of Amori. Latimore, listen. You’re not a factor in Delta politics. Stop messing yourself further. I know you need people like Zik Gbemre to create issues to sell your rental blackmail business. But if it is through my question on Amori’s criminal impersonation that you want to practice charge and bail law, then I am fully ready for you.

6. Zik Gbemre doesn’t envy you, I don’t reckon with a blackmailer and I know the politicians you leak their butts don’t reckon with you. Have you wondered why the designation of your engagement by Okowa finds no expression in government communication and information sharing. Okowa knows you’re worthless.

7. He merely gave you a cheap office to stop you directing your blackmails at him. Beyond that, tell me what value your office as Executive Assistant to the Governor on Communications adds to Okowa’s administration? You’re never there when the Governor attend and speak at public functions. You don’t issue statements on his behalf. The only thing I hear from you is caress the Governor’s ego with praise singing or abuse and blackmail his perceived detractors. How can I be worried over the ranting of a laughing stock as Latimore?

8. I maintain that Amori is an impostor Senator and unless he stops parading himself as such, I will advise the Nigerian Police to do the needful. If you’re his advocate then go to court to summon me for defamation of Amori’s character. Then I will know you want to be joined in the impersonation case against Amori as a Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

I am waiting for you and your fake senator, in court.
