The All Progressives Grand Alliance, (APGA), has declared unequivocally that Professor Chukwuma Charles Soludo, CFR, is the validly and legally elected gubernatorial candidate of the party for the November 6, governorship election

This declaration was further reiterated by the National Publicity Secretary of the party, Barrister Tex Okechukwu in a press release issued to reassure millions of APGA members and supporters including the good people of Anambra State that Prof Soludo remains the party’s undisputable gubernatorial candidate

In the press statement, Barrister Tex Okechukwu stated:

“We wish to state unequivocally that Prof Charles Chukwuma Soludo remains the governorship candidate of All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) for the November 6, 2021 Governorship election”

He further stated: “We also state that up till date, it was only Prof Charles Chukwuma Soludo that meticulously fulfilled all the requirements enunciated by the Electoral Act 2010 (as amended), the INEC Election Manual and the 2021 Electoral Guidelines of APGA for the 2021 Anambra State Governorship Election”

He insisted that for now the only National Chairman and National Secretary recognised by INEC are Ozonkpo Dr Victor Ike Oye and HE Labaran Maku, CON, respectively

In the same vein, he said, the only candidate duly known to law and INEC is Prof Chukwuma Charles Soludo and his deputy, Dr Onyekachukwu Ibezim

Barrister Okechukwu therefore urged the teeming supporters to discountenance the social media propaganda and remain law abiding as we await the judgment of the Court of Appeal, Kano Division

In a similar development, Cee Cee Soludo had few days ago during a heavily publicised zoom meeting with Ndi Anambra based in the USA under the platform of ‘Soludo Promoters, USA”, hosted by Chief Patrick Okpalla (Obisaambala), reassured the global community not to be distracted by the various frivolous court cases and judgements being procured outside Anambra state by some mischief makers to derail his gubernatorial ambition.

He reaffirmed his faith in the Nigerian Judiciary to uphold its honour and integrity by dispensing justice, adding that the will of God shall ultimately prevail at the end of the day!

It will also be recalled that prominent Nigerians and some respected legal practitioners across the nation had also condemned the judicial ‘abracadabra’ currently going on, in respect to the November 6 Anambra state governorship election, with court orders/judgements flying-in from Jigawa, Imo, Abuja etc in the most bizarre manner!
