Information reaching the media reveals that an undergraduate student identified as Adekunle has reportedly been shot dead by gunmen believe to be armed robbers at Harvey Road, Moore Road junction in the Yaba area of Lagos State on 3rd June, 2023.
It was gathered that Adekunle and his school mates identified as Opeyemi boarded a shuttle bus from Yaba to UNILAG while in the bus a man hanging at the back of the bus disposed Adekunle of her iphone 7 plus.
As Adekunle pursued the robber, he then was shot dead on the head by a man who is believed to be am accomplice of the phone robber.
According to report, the state Police Public Relations Officer, SP Benjamin Hundeyin has been contacted and investigations are still ongoing while the deceased corpse deposited at the Mainland hospital morgue.
Such a sad incident!
