The Executive Governor of Enugu state, Peter Mbah has on Friday 18th Aust, 2023 welcomed a delegation from Ethiopian Airlines led by the outgoing traffic and Sales Manager, Mr Henok Sirak at the Enugu State Government House.

In his statement he made some remarks saying, “It was a productive meeting which focused on ways to strengthen ties and explore avenues for mutual benefits.

“We discussed ways to collaborate, and outlined strategies that would enhance the airline’s operations in Enugu State.

“We also underlined the commitment of both parties to forge a partnership that will contribute to the advancement of our state’s economy.

“Key focal points of the discussion included Ethiopian Airlines’ pivotal role in aligning with my ambitious goal to elevate Enugu State’s GDP. Our deliberations also highlighted the airline’s commitment to providing specialized training for Enugu State youths, particularly in the aviation sector, with the support of Ethiopian Airlines Aviation University, as well as extending comprehensive support in other areas.

“I thank them for coming and expressed satisfaction with the outcome of the meeting.

“This as a pivotal step towards the realization of my administration’s economic development plan.”
