MINISTERIAL POSITION: TINUBU SPOKESPERSON PST BILL SUPPORTS THE AMBITION OF SEN AYADE, WIKE CON AND DR BETA EDU
I want to extensively thank the good people of Nigeria for electing His Excellency, Sen Bola Ahmed Tiunbu, as the president of this great nation. It is a well known adage that “the journey of a thousand miles begins with a step”. It is also worthy of note to say that most steps are discomforting.
His Excellency’s few policy was aimed at bring the Nigerian Economy out of its comfort zones; which to an extent, has brought a short term discomfort to the populace but with a future of ease and prosperity. It is better we face and endure the discomfort now than keep postponing it.
As we prepare to paddle the affairs of our great nation to a greater height, it’s imperative that His Excellency, Sen Bola Ahmed Tiunbu, engages with profound and worthy individuals who have paid their dues in various capacities when appointing his ministers. It’s quite obvious that no matter how good “intentioned” the president might be, if his ministers fail, he has to take the blame, same way he if they succeed. Hence the integrity of the president is at stake when appointing His Ministers. That is a more reason He has to be meticulous in selecting the best to work for him.
I wish to project a well known personality in Cross River State to be considered for a ministerial appointment. He is no other person than His Excellency, Sen Prof Benedit Ayade CON, Former Governor of Cross River State. Prof Sir Benedict Ayade has been a great personality and a pillar of APC in Cross River State. He has fought the backwardness and recklessness of PDP during his tenor. He is a great progressive and a man that wishes to see a great Nigeria. If a personality like Sir Benedict Ayade is considered to work with this administration, he will surely bring in his best to make sure that he delivers in which ever area he is assigned. I trust in his capacity and I believe that he shares similar vision with the president.
Another like mind is His Excellency, Sir Nelson Wike, Former Governor of Rivers State. This is a man of thunder, an epitome of sagacity and fearlessness. His presence in the ministerial team of Sen Bola Ahmed Tiunbu will surely be a remarkable one. He is a fighter who will surely fight for the well being of Nigerians. Even though he is a PDP member, but he carries in him a progressive spirit which makes him a personality worth more than gold in this new administration.
The personality of Dr Beta Edu cannot be overemphasized. She has been the national women leader of the APC. She is a great personality and an ICON to be emulated. Anyone who followed the last presidential election, will testify of how this charismatic leader won the heart of many wvmen and shaped the electoral umpire. Her presence in the ministerial team of His Excellency will bring immense benefits and greater representation to the Nigerian women.
As we keep having faith in the ability of our dear leaders while hoping that they will make policies that will put smiles on our faces, we also pray that they succeed.
May Nigeria Succeed!!!
