Recent information has revealed that Zenith Bank is warming up to change its name and structure.
It was gathered that the bank has received CBN approval in principle to become a holding company with a new name.
This was contained in a statement signed by its secretary, Micheal Otu on 3rd March, 2023 indicating the bank to having group with subsidiaries in financial service industries, in which Jim Ovia will still serve as the new ZenithholdCo and remains the Zenith Bank Chairman until the new company resumes fully its operations.
