President Buhari responds to the numerous protests in different states with an approval of N200 note circulation till April 10th, 2023 inorder to ease the suffering and hardship facing the masses.
This approval came in today Today been Thursday 16th February, 2023, as Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) received the order from Buhari to implement the naira swap policy of returning old N200 naira notes into circulation.
However, the President in his order during this morning insist that, the old N200 note will be spent alongside the new notes of N200, N500 and N1000 while the old N200 note will be spent till April 10, 2023.
President Buhari went further in his the broadcast to urge Nigerians to go ahead without fear nor favour to vote for any candidate of their choice in the February 25 and March 11 elections.
