Isiokpo traditional council in Ikwerre, Rivers State has declared 8-day mourning period starting on February 14th as a sign of affection for the tragic loss of our Son, Father, and Philanthropist, Dr. Herbert O Wigwe CON, an accomplished entrepreneur, and benefactor, who died in a helicopter crash with his wife and son in California.
All business activities will be closed on the first day, with low-key operations afterward. All residents are encouraged to wear black hand bands in honor of the departed.
