Delta Guber: Video, INEC To Disqualify Candidate Of PDP, Others As Parties Presented Unqualified Candidates From Onset

Following the petitions to the Delta state Tribunal, the governorship candidate of Social Democratic Party (SDP), Olorogun Barr. Kenneth Gbagi OON has revealed in an interview with Arise TV that, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has done very greatly in the general election to have admitted that from the outcome of the election contest in 2023, many have committed an infraction by conducting election outside the electoral act thereby not transmitting result properly.

And that has made the law very easy for INEC to do the right thing by disqualifying PDP, APC, APGA, LP as they all presented unqualified candidates from the onset for the said gubernatorial contest.

Gbagi therefore, urges INEC to do the needful by disqualifying all the four parties, declaring SDP candidate winner as the only party that have done the right thing by presenting the a qualified candidate, played by the electoral law and should naturally be declared Governor in no time.
