Another gale of defection is expected to rock Delta APC leaking boat, as former Speaker of Delta State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Monday Igbuya and former Federal House of Representative member, Chief Hon Solomon Edoja,.and their teeming supporters dumps the All Progressives Congress, APC, into the warm embrace of PDP state party leader and Governor of Delta State, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa.
