Ahead of 2023 elections, the Social Democratic Party (SDP) has again received thousands of decampees from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), the All Progressives Congress (APC) and other political parties in Delta state.
The latest harvest of decampees to the fast growing SDP in Delta were welcomed on Tuesday 13th September, 2022 by the party’s gubernatorial candidate, Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi at Obi-Aya, Ughelli South Local Government Area.
The top industrialist acknowledged the new SDP faithful for embracing the assured hope for a better Delta, and indeed Nigeria, through the SDP that has signed a genuine social contract for the people to rescue Delta state from prolong arrested development through PDP misrule.
The entire Obi-Ayagha community was Agog as they welcomed the top industrialist and philanthropist who they believe has the magic wand, Deltans desire to survive the pestilence the ruling PDP has infested on the state.
The community expressed profound gratitude and appreciation to Olorogun Gbagi, thanking him for the various charity he continues to render to the people of Obi-Ayagha and beyond.
They further pleaded his intervention on pending issues that bother the community such as the abandoned Agbada Road linking neighboring Oginibo community which need construction, the need for electricity upgrade, a befitting health center and a skill acquisition center for the youths of Obi-Ayagha community when the SDP candidate eventually takes over from Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa next year.
