Quest Oil & Engineering Services Limited, the owner of Ascon Oil Company Limited, announces that the Federal High Court in Lagos has declared it as the lawful owner of the retail filling station located at Block 36, Admiralty Way, Lekki Phase 1 which until now has been unlawfully operated.
The retail station which originally belonged to Ascon Oil Company Limited was unlawfully repossessed in connection with a court case concerning a dispute between Stanbic IBTC Bank Plc and Rain Oil Limited.
The court’s decision demonstrates the strength of Ascon Oil Company Limited’s case as the lawful owner of the retail station.
