2023: Warri Standstill As Gbagi Delivers Early Liberation Packages, Receives Huge Support

Still on the campaign, the governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party SDP, Olorogun Barr. Kenneth Gbagi OON has continued to receive more accolades and support to become the next Governor of Delta state as he keeps delivering early part of his campaign promises as one candidate among others who is recognised as qualified with capacity of delivery of promises unlike others.
This he displayed again on Tuesday 17th January, 2023 at Deco road and PTI axis of Warri town of Delta state.
It was a very remarkable day as the entire commercial activities became temporarily standstill for exactly four to five hours just to welcome the Governorship hopeful who has the attitude of promise keeping and character of discipline which Delta state needs to be able to move out of the dungeon of the ruling party, PDP.
This campaign excercise did not come to a halt as the industralist, Olorogun Barr. Kenneth Gbagi OON in his magnomity, accompanied by the Deputy Governor to be, Mrs. Rosemary Isioma Oshilim, the Campaign Director General, Prof Jiff Mokobia and the Social Democratic Party (SDP) faithfuls took to Adane Associated Co. Limited filling station on Deco Road Warri to deliver another stomach infrastructure which includes free fuel with Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) to the transporters (Keke, Okada riders) and even citizens of the Warri environs benefitted from the Gbagi liberation goodies as the economic downturn has put many pockets in distress in Delta state.
It may interest you to note that, the entire Warri axis of Delta state was agog, filled with accolades, testimonies and gearing of his name by youths, women and men as the one awaited governor, they repeatedly hailed, “Gbagi for Governor!
To top it all, many testified to his philanthropic nature and exemplary character as the kind of leader every state needs to be able embrace growth and progress in general.
According to a recipient, Mr. Edward, from Okumagba, said: “I feel very happy and I am going to vote for him. I really appreciate him and he is going to be the next governor of Delta State”.
Also Mr. Friday Onoboro, an Isoko indigene who resides in Warri, said: “Gbagi, has tried and we will vote so he could be the next governor of the state.
Another receiver of the kind gesture, Mr. Samson expressed, “To be sincere, I am happy with Olorogun Gbagi. I know it is not every governorship candidate that is going to do this and I believe with this, he is going to do well as governor.
“Actually for him to have opened Robinson Gbagi Plaza, with the number of people that are working here, it is an employment for our youths.
“Among all the governorship candidates, he is the only one that I have benefited from. On the day of the election, I will vote for him and I want people to remember him”.
Interestingly, Godwin expressed satisfaction he said, “I am happy. My brother has a shop in this Plaza, this is where he earn his daily living.
“In this whole state, people that Gbagi removed from suffering are numerous, especially the youths, they should vote for him”.
And Mr. Christopher Odueze said, “Gbagi, is a good man. I call on everyone to join hands and vote for him to be our governor”.
Testimonies keep coming from different angles as David wasnt ready to let go but expressed gratitude to Gbagi, for giving him free fuel, saying it would go a long way in assisting him for the day’s business, “the man that gave us free fuel, will do well as governor”.
And with assurance Mr. Joseph Onota, said: “We call on Deltans to vote for Gbagi, for giving us free fuel”.
Chukwuebuka followed and even displayed his Permanent Voter’s Card (PVC), saying, “Gbagi, is the governorship candidate that will win, nobody else”.
Mr. Gift, also testified saying, “This is so wonderful and I believe that if we puts our heads together, a good leader like Gbagi, will be our next governor. We are going to use our powers by God’s grace to give him our full support and we pray that God will give us a leader such as him”.
While a tricycle operator, Godwin with joy expressed, “I am happy with Gbagi, for the free fuel he gave to me, I will vote for him to be governor. Deltans vote for Gbagi, he will be a good governor”.
Mr. Bernard, who insisted that the SDP governorship candidate has no rival, “Gbagi is the one that must become governor, no one has what it takes to challenge him”.
At the end, Miss Loveth in assurance decided to make a clarion call on all Deltans to support Gbagi, SDP with their votes so that Delta state will progress in development inorder to regain its prestige.
She expressed, “We will vote for Gbagi and he will win the election. This is his time, as he wins the election, everything will be smooth for us in Jesus name”.
