2023: Rousing Ovation As Gbagi, SDP Storms Patani, Delivers Liberation Packages.
…receives stronger support for his governorship intentions
Still on the gubernatorial campaign matter, the governorship candidate of Social Democratic Party SDP, Olorogun Barr. Kenneth Gbagi OON alongside the Deputy Governor Mrs. Rosemary Isioma Oshilim, his Campaign train led by the Director General of the campaign council, Prof. Jiff Mokobia, Prof. Atubi, the Vice Chairman Central of SDP, Elder Fred Owotorofa, and other SDP members storms Patani to deliver his liberation package of revive and rebuild Delta state for the progress of the people.
This rally took place on Thursday 12th January, 2023 at the Market Garage, Okuruware, Patani and also the Palace of the King, Pere of Kabowei Kingdom, HRM Barr. Perembowei Shadrack Erebulu Aduo 111 and other kings sitted with him from the left side is HRM Dr. Owoupele Danladi Foubiri, the Ebenana Owei of Kumbowei Kingdom and on the right also was Ebenana Owei of Tarakiri Kingdom and other traditional Chiefs who were all present to witness the great moment.
After which Gbagi and his campaign train took his liberation package of free fuel gifts to both keke and okada riders in town while awarding scholarship to the youth who displayed intelligence of delivering the national anthem without error and all these was to reduce the effect of the burden infested by the APC and PDP on the citizens of Patani Local Government Area and Delta state in general.
It did not end there, as the incoming Governor also storms the market place to minister the liberation message to the women, men and youths in a shop to shop style.
And the message was embraced by the people of Patani as Gbagi, SDP gave them reason to put their trust and hope in him as one candidate with the capacity to lead Delta state as his exemplary campaigning in different local Governments has assured Patani people that, Gbagi is a man of his word who cannot fail his people but actually will deliver his campaign promises in no time.
Gbagi in his response also made a strong remark saying, “The question wey I wan ask una bi say, whether una never tire for PDP and APC wayo!
“Dem go bring una money, mak una collect am eat it and vote for SDP. When I dey come Patani, my heart dey sweet me because I bi part and parcel of Patani.
“I go turn around Patani for business as I take over as Governor”.
At the end, the kings and traditional chiefs rendered with assurance fatherly prayers of blessings and support to Gbagi.
On behalf of the kings, HRM Dr. Danladi prayed, “May God give the two of you goodhealth, you are very strong enough to rule us for the next 8 years,
“May God grant you your mind, the bible said whatever you desire for yourself, the Almighty father will give you.
“That is why we are looking for incoming Governor of this state and that us your heart desire, may God grant you your heart desire
“As you go out to campaign in all places, let the angels guide you, let them speak for you, you are not alone and you are not going there alone
“Let Christ go with you and our ancestors that are here with us go with you that you will be able to rule the state according to your powers and according to the grace of God”.
