I advise those who want to know more about this case to research previous judgements on it. Gbagi won most of the cases in the law courts. As no superior court has countered these judgements in favour of Gbagi, he remains victorious.

A court of the same jurisdiction can’t set aside these judgements hence I said it is a conflicting judgement.
