Why should federal government foot the bills of international monitors of elections in Nigeria?

And why should such gratifications come from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN)? It should be the business of INEC and not CBN.

CBN is the official bank of Nigeria and regulators of commercial and industrial banks and not a commercial banks that CBN now gives loans to individual business people.

What is the business of CBN with election observers whether local or foreign? It is the responsibility of INEC with its allocated budgets to give honorarium to election observers.

What a country is Nigeria? CBN competing with commercial banks and now implementing illegal budgets unknown to the law. The revelation made by Boss Mustapha that embattled former CBN Governor, Godwin Emefiele forged the signature of Buhari to obtain 6.2 million dollars to pay foreign election observers is confusing, even inciting.

Everything about election is being funded by INEC as the authorised organisation to conduct elections with its allocated budgets. What did Emefiele turn CBN to? CBN has taken over the roles of commercial and industrial banks including microfinance banks. What a shame?

We heard of Emefiele giving loans to business owners. CBN is a banker to the commercial banks and regulatory bank to regulate all other banks but it has turned to commercial banks and involves in all kinds of shady deals including forging signature of Buhari to obtain money to fund foreign election observers.

CBN has no relationship with election.
