ZIK GBEMRE SPEAKS ON THE 3RD NDDC BOARD WITHOUT INAUGURATION: BUHARI HAS DRIVEN PETTY LEADERSHIP TOO FAR

The new NDDC board as announced by President Mohammadu Buhari, is a misplaced decision. What happened to the board members of NDDC he earlier submitted their names to Senate for clearance and duly cleared?

They didn’t sit one day on the board so no wrong was done by them. What a misplaced leadership. What has board members from the North East, North West and North Central got to do in NDDC? What roles are they playing if they are representing the North West, North East and North Central?

Buhari has tribalised all federal stakes, Oil/NNPC, even NDDC board. All of these raging agitations are springing up because Nigeria has a President that officially practices tribalism and nepotism above all honest considerations.

I don’t know what Northerners will be doing in NDDC board. They have no interest and no stake in NDDC. It is painful that the President doesn’t see beyond his Northern Nigeria. Nigeria is owned by the major tribes of Fulani/Hausa, Yoruba, Ibo and all the minority tribes on equal basis.

What belongs to the minority tribes should not be taken with force to be shared by majority tribes. NDDC is for the oil & gas producing states and any state that doesn’t produce oil, gas and condensate has no stake in NDDC, period.

If this was the practice before now then we must correct it. This is the third list being submitted to Senate for clearance. It shows Buhari lacks presidential capability.
