In a bid to boost tourism potentials of the Lagos Coastal Cites of Iiase and lbese environs, and also to sanitize and regulate the State’s waterways,
the Commissioner for Tourism, Arts and Culture, Mrs. Toke Benson-Awoyinka; the Special Adviser to the Governor on Tourism, Arts and Culture, Mr. Idris Aregbe; and the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Tourism, Arts and Culture, Mr. Damilola Ayinde Marshal, Esq.and Management of the Ministry in the company of members of the State Executive Council, joined Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu on an inspection tour of key coastal destinations.
The tour, which took place on Tuesday, 26th August, 2025, took the Governor and his cabinet members to Ilashe Beach Resort and Koko Beach, two prime coastal attractions with immense potential for tourism promotion and sustainable development.
