The Independent Electoral Commission INEC has declared the Presidential Candidate of All Progressives Congress (APC), Ahmed Bola Tinubu as winner of the election in Zamfara state.
Following the polls results, the collation officer in Zamfara state, Professor Kashim Shehu of Federal University of Birnin Kebbi announced the result in Gasua the state capital revealing that APC won 12 out of 17 local governments polling 298, 396 as against Atiku Abubakar of Peoples Democratic Party which pulled 193,978, Rabiu Kwankwaso of New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) collected 4,044 while Peter Obi of Labour Party (LP) grabbed 1,660 votes, having a total of 502,923 and 16,508as valid votes recorded making the total vote cast to 519,431.
It is becoming glaring as Tinubu of APC keep sweeping more votes to finally confirm his awaiting dream of becoming the next presidential of Nigeria as desired.
