UNIBEN Staff Celebrate “Inglorious Exit of a Mischievous, Heartless, Stone-cold Tyrant” Director

Staff of Physical Planning Division, University of Benin (UNIBEN), has celebrated the exit of their Director, Arch. Timmy Oigbochie Ikhisemojie, whose tenure comes to an end in February, 2022, after 9 years.

A poster pasted on a wall in the school (UNIBEN) described the director as “a mischievous, heartless stone-cold tyrant” whose tenure was allegedly characterised by impunity, backwardness, corruption, witch hunting, nepotism, physical abuse, zero staff welfare, and illegalilies.
