_Where were you when PWAN and other real estate cartels sowed division among our families with their divide-and-rule land scams?_

*Where were you when we, Activists and Rights Advocates, cried out for tenant protection laws like Lagos has?*

*You ignored us because many of you own the buildings that are bleeding Deltans dry! You slept while corrupt lawyers and agents violated tenancy laws unchecked.*

*The NBA Human Rights Committee? Missing in action.*

*The Police? Another exploitative toll gate.*

_Now, after the damage is done, you’re pretending to care?_

Let’s be real: Making a bill is one thing, *enforcing it is another.* Remember the anti-youth-exploitation law passed years ago by then-Speaker Sheriff Oborevwori?

Still gathering dust.

We don’t just have a rent problem in Delta — *we have a SYSTEM problem.*
