By Christian ABURIME
For the umpteenth time, Governor Willie Obiano, Executive Governor of Anambra State, has declared again that other candidates contesting the November 6, governorship election with Prof Chukwuma Charles Soludo do not have the credentials or record of distinguished public service to match him in any area of endeavour.
Governor Willie Obiano made this assertion while speaking at the birthday anniversary of His Grace, Valerian Okeke, the Archbishop of the Catholic Archdiocese of Onitsha and Metropolitan of Onitsha Ecclesiastical Province who clocked 68 years.
Governor Obiano after warmly congratulating the celebrant, told the audience that Prof Chukwuma Charles Soludo, the APGA gubernatorial candidate for the November 6 governorship election in Anambra State, is the best candidate among the other candidates jostling to become the next governor of the state.
He added that Cee Cee Soludo remains head and shoulders above other candidates, stressing that none can match his towering profile.
“I must make bold to say that none of the candidates contesting the Anambra governorship election with Soludo can match him. This is the truth and these candidates know that I am saying the truth because they are also my friends,” Obiano asserted.
The hardworking Governor of Anambra State therefore charged the people to ensure that they cast their vote for APGA and the Soludo/Ibezim ticket come November 6, 2021.
Dignitaries at the occasion include; the former Governor of Anambra State, Mr Peter Obi; PDP gubernatorial candidate, Mr Valentine Ozigbo; ADC gubernatorial candidate, Mr Sullivian Akachukwu Nwankwo; APGA National Chairman, Ozonkpu (Dr) Victor Oye; Senator Victor Umeh (Ohamadike), former Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and former APGA National Chairman; Chief Primus Odili, Chief of Staff to Governor Willie Obiano; Prof Kate Omenugha, Anambra State Commissioner for Basic Education and several others.
