Sunny Ekpetika Ekpeson, a Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress APC, has commiserated with the family and the entire Ibie–Zone in Etsako East over the death of Mr. Usman Imogie.
Usman Imogie, who died in Jos in the early hours of today Monday, was said to have been admitted to a hospital in Jos’ health facility where he gave up the ghost.
In a condolence message issued by Sunny Ekpetika’s media office on Monday, Sunny lamented that Imogie’s death had left a gaping hole in the media because he was a prolific writer and an astute politician.
He said, “I received with shock and grief the news of the sudden death of Usman Imogie. He was a dedicated politician, and as a former etsako East Council boss, his legacies speak volumes and a leader who paid his dues for the success of the party.
“I join friends and family in grieving this sudden loss of a man who had worked so well for the betterment of Etsako East and Afemai Land in general. His sacrifices and contributions to the growth of democracy will be cherished for a long time.” Sunny added.
