SOLUDO INSPECTS 2.2KM EZI ADIMORAH-NANKA-ISUOFIA ROAD, PROMISES TO BUILD MORE ROADS

Governor of Anambra State, Professor Chukwuma Charles Soludo has assured of his administration’s intervention on more roads across the state.

Governor Soludo gave the assurance during a scheduled inspection of the 2.2km Ezi Adimorah-Nanka-Isuofia road, a project contracted to AG Vision Construction Company.

 

Governor Soludo stressed that he understands that lack of good roads is major issue in the state, which was why his administration declared emergency on roads across the state immediately after he were sworn into office.

He expressed satisfaction with the thickness of the asphalt layers on the road which has stone base cement stabilization and added that successive administrations under the APGA platform had remained commited to touching the lives of the common man.

 

“All of the communities we have visited have a list of roads that need to be built”.

 

He assured that his government is building roads in phases as much as funds allow and pleaded with the people to vote for APGA candidates in the forthcoming general election.

 

Speaking earlier, the Transition Committer Chairman for Orumba North, Hon. Ogochukwu Ekwueme pledged their unalloyed support to Governor Soludo’s administration.

 

For the Managing Director, Anambra State Procurement, Arc. Okey Ezeobi, who is an indegene of Nanka revealed that the Governor has never meddled in any procurement process, describing the Anambra procurement process as very healthy and competitive.

 

The APGA Candidate, Orumba North and South Federal Constituency, Sir Eric Kanayo Eze and the APGA Candidate for Orumba North Constituency at Anambra State House of Assembly, Hon. Emeka Aforka, promised that they will work with the Governor to engender more developments if they are voted for.

 

Secretary to the State Government, Prof. Solo Chukwulobelu, Chief of Staff to the Governor, Mr. Ernest Ezeajughi, Commissioner for Works, Engr. Ifeanyi Okoma, Anambra State Chief of Protocol, Mr. Chinedu Nwoye, Irban Regeneration Chairman, Arc. Michael Okonkwo among others were also present at the event.
