Recently, the Super Eagles duo Victor Osimhen and Ademola Lookman have been nominated for the EA SPORTS FIFA Team of the Season as Lega Serie A unveiled the highly anticipated list on Tuesday, PUNCH Sports Extra reports.
It was noted that both players have been very outstanding in their respective clubs as the 2022/23 season draws to a close when it comes to football.
However, Osimhen played a key role as Napoli ended their 33-year wait to win the Serie A title, with the Nigerian scoring an impressive 23 goals from 29 matches.
While the 24-year-old currently leads the race for the top scorer award in Italy’s topflight, three goals more than Inter Milan’s Latauro Martinez..
