The NNigerian National Petroleum Corporation Limited (NNPCL) has responded on the video concerning the Port Harcourt retail incident making headlines on social media.
This NNPCL disclosed on their twitter handle on Tuesday 29th August, 2023, saying that service agents under-dispensing fuel has been identified both individuals and retail stations.
