Rentals Professionals Society of Nigeria (RPSN) members have been urged to uphold efficient service delivery while handling clients’ orders and uphold high ethical standards.
Managing Director Jason Davids Ltd and President RPSN, Mrs Taiwo Oderinlo made this appeal yesterday at the annual retreat training organized for members yesterday at Ikeja, Lagos.
Mrs Oderinlo appealed to government, especially SMEDAN to support the rentals industry through collaborations, consultation on policy decisions and exchange of valuable insights.
In her words “RPSN are entrepreneurs in rental business who are contributing hugely to the growth of the nation’s economy apart from providing employment and payments of taxes.”
Mrs Oderinlo added that “RPSN serves as a self – regulating body, umbrella for rental firms and presently ensures members’ adopt a uniform fair pricing structure for clients, thus contributing to the country’s socio- economic development.”
In her contribution, Mrs Kemi Adeleke Managing Director KFA Rentals Limited enjoined “the government to support RPSN efforts on ongoing firms and practitioners’ listing in Rentals Guide, advocacy and continuous professional development (CPD) and training.
She further advised new entrants into the Nigerian rentals business to join RPSN so as to stay informed about industry trends and changes, learn from past business success models and failures, innovations and networking opportunities and access to rental store members’ lists.
