Esv Alozie Nwala, Permanent Secretary of the Rivers State Ministry of Lands and Survey, delivered a keynote address emphasizing the indispensable role of estate surveyors in urban development and sustainable land management. “Your expertise as professionals is vital to attracting investments, fostering innovation, and ensuring efficient land use in Rivers State,” Nwala remarked, urging members to continue elevating their standards.
