Real Madrid CF have reportedly begun moves to bring back José Mourinho as manager.
According to reports, direct contact has been established between the club and the Portuguese coach amid growing speculation over his future.
SL Benfica are said to be keen on keeping Mourinho but are aware of the ongoing discussions with the Spanish giants.
Mourinho previously managed Real Madrid between 2010 and 2013, winning the La Liga title during the 2011/12 season.
