President Bola Tinubu is warming up to inaugurate the Kogi State All Progressives Congress (APC) gubernatorial campaign rally in Lokoja, the state capital.
According to a statement released by the spokesperson and director of media and publicity for the Kogi APC gubernatorial campaign council, Kingsley Femi Fanwo, the event will feature prominent party leaders such as the national leader of the party, Alhaji Umar Ganduje, the national chairman of APC, Prince Dapo Abiodun (governor of Ogun State and chairman of the APC National Campaign Council for the Kogi governorship election), alongside other esteemed members of the party and the general public.
The event will take place at the state-of-the-art Mohammadu Buhari Square in Lokoja, starting at 10 am. The Kogi State APC governorship campaign council has taken measures to ensure a smooth and successful flag-off rally.
On Sunday, October 8, 2023, the APC aims to make a significant statement ahead of the election, reiterating the party’s strong presence in Kogi State and its close ties to the state.
