President Bola Tinubu has renamed the popular University of Maiduguri to Muhammadu Buhari University.
This was announced at the special Federal Executive Council meeting organised in honour of the late former president, Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday, July 17 to honour the former late president of Nigeria, Muhammadu BuBuharwho died at a London Hospital on Sunday at the age of 82.
After he was buried in his private residence on Tuesday, July 15, with his family, friends, political associates and dignitaries in attendance.
