President Tinubu Appoints Rivers State Commissioner of Works, Dax George-Kelly as the DG of BCDA
President Tinubu has appointed Rivers State Commissioner of Works, Dax George-Kelly as the Director-General of the Border Communities Development Agency (BCDA).
Dax Kelly who was reinstated as works commissioner by Governor Sim after initially resigning due to the political crisis in Rivers State was also the commissioner of Works under former Governor Wike.
