Imo Governor Hope Uzodimma has flagged off the construction of 55 new Primary Health Centres across the State in a bid to expand access to healthcare for all residents.
The Governor said the initiative is part of his administration’s commitment to ensuring that Ndi Imo enjoys the quality healthcare they deserve.
He recalled that the government had previously renovated over 305 Primary Health Centers across the state’s 305 political wards and, through ISOPADEC, extended the intervention to additional localities to improve accessibility.
“With these 55 new Primary Health Centers now underway, we aim to bring healthcare services even closer to our people — and this, we will achieve,” Uzodimma stated.
