The executive Governor of Oyo State, Seyi Makinde has received today Tuesday 3rd October, 2023 the Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Nigeria, His Excellency Wouter Plomp and his entourage on a courtesy visit.

Governor Makinde revealed that thier discussions was strategically centred on how our administration has leveraged our competitive advantage in agribusiness.

He went further to disclosed to the Ambassador that his administration have developed infrastructure such as major road projects and agribusiness industrial hubs. He made mention of the businesses currently operating at our Fasola Agribusiness Industrial Hub is the Dutch company, FreislandCampina WAMCO, while discussing opportunities for further expansion of the company’s operations in Oyo State.

In his statement Makinde said, ” I will invite His Excellency back next year to see how we are utilising the Fasola Hub for agrotourism.”
