Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Social Development Betta Edu visited Maiduguri the Borno state Capital. While in Maiduguri, the minister paid visits to IDPs at the Muna camp, NEDC and NCFRMI Zonal office.
Betta Edu paid homage to the Shehu of Borno Abubakar Umar Garbai Al Amin Elkanemi at his palace.
