The Nigeria Foootball Federation (NFF) Chairman, Ibrahim Musa Gusau has recently joined the Nigerian, Napoli striker, Victor Osimhen to celebrate his victory that earned Osimhen the Golden Boot in Series A.
Gusau noted that the Napoli and Nigeria striker Victor Osimhen has become the first-ever African player to win the Golden Boot in Serie A.
Having an impressive goal-scoring record of 26 goals in 32 Serie A appearances was pivotal in Napoli’s title triumph this season, as they ended a 33-year wait for the Italian top-flight crown.
As his latest goal came from the penalty spot as Napoli concluded their campaign with a 2-0 win against Sampdoria.
