
The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) held a one-day workshop for students in Port Harcourt to commemorate International Literacy Day, themed “Promoting Multilingual Education: Literacy for Mutual Understanding and Peace.”
Director of Education, Dr. Awele Chukwudifu, stressed that literacy is a human right and encouraged youths to embrace self-development and digital skills for a brighter future. Through such initiatives, the NDDC promotes inclusivity, education, and unity in the Niger Delta.
