The executive Governor of Lagos state, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has confirmed his participation was an impactful one at the Africaribbean Trade Forum in Georgetown, Guyana.
In his remarks he said, “I had the honor of meeting President Mohamed Irfaan Ali, Prime Minister Mark Philips, and Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley. Together, we’re forging stronger trade ties between Africa and the Caribbean.
“Our discussions with Secretary General Dr. Carla Natalie Barnett and Prime Minister Philip J. Pierre have been insightful and promising.
“We’re all committed to enhancing economic cooperation and prosperity between our regions. Lagos is proud to be part of this transformative journey.”
