A political organization with its headquarters in Lagos, the Mandate Movement, has announced its plan to mobilise millions of supporters for President Bola Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima.
At a rally held at the Police College ground in Ikeja, Lagos, the group’s state chairman, Ayinde Enilolobo, announced the launch of the membership drive, which aims to recruit 40 million members across the 36 states and Abuja within the next 12 months.
Enilolobo stated that the group has already established structures in all 36 states and will begin launching state chapters in July 2024.
The rally was attended by thousands of supporters, including leaders of the All Progressives Congress from across the country.
