The Troops of Operation HADIN KAI in Yobe State have intercepted a large cache of supplies intended for terrorists.

Acting on intelligence, soldiers stopped a 14-tyre trailer along the Nguru–Gashua road, uncovering 700 bags of NPK fertilizer (commonly used for making improvised explosive devices), 27 cartons of drugs, and nine cartons of saline concealed under fabric materials.
Later that day, another inspection confirmed the findings.
According to the Army, the consignment was headed for Niger Republic, indicating a cross-border terrorist network.

In a separate operation, troops also seized two vehicles and a trailer loaded with fabrics and solar panels intended for terrorist uniforms.
All items and suspects are currently in custody for further investigation.
The military urged the public to provide timely information to support ongoing efforts to disrupt terrorist supply chains.
