The former Minister of education, Orugba of Idjerhe Kingdom, Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi, who is generally recognised as the Delta State foremost Governorship aspirants for 2023, decides to extend the celebration into the new year with a grand host of the entire state chapter of GSM group on January 2, 2021 in his residence at Oginibo Haven.
The remarkable and colourful event was to thank God for the past successful year 2021and to appreciate the entire GSM for their effort, support for him while ushering every member into the prosperous New year 2022 and also to commit all his new year activities into God’s hand as the year proceeds.
In the spirit of joy, the women also gathered and prayed for success in his coming endeavours while he appreciates God for giving the Gov. Okowa the strength and wisdom to have been able to bring Delta State to the level of peace and growth infrastructurally, economically and security wise all through the year.
He also went further to appreciate Gov. Okowa for his good leadership effort in the state saying, “I sincerely pray and urge Deltans to pray for Okowa to make himself available to serve the nation as president. He deserves to be the president of this country, come 2023”.
At the end, the gift bags were used to escort many back to their respective homes.
