The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), Dr. Aminu Maida has received the Finnish Deputy Minister of International Trade, H.E. Mr Jarno Syrjälä at the @NgComCommission last week. He led a delegation from Finland, including the Ammbassador and a team from Nokia to discuss with the Commission on areas of partnership.
