The chairman of Airpeace has recently decorated in celeberation the very Africa’s first female E195-E2 Captain, Ibironke Rotimi-Olajide.

This Chief Allen Onyema performed on Friday, 24 November 2023, and is now the first female Commander on the E195 aircraft in Africa.

It was gathered that the female Captain clinched a prestigious accolade in 2021 at the Women in Aviation Awards for being the first female pilot (Senior First Officer) on the E195 in Africa.

This is a great feat for Captain Rotimi-Olajide and another first for Air Peace.
