The Management of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State, has announced Monday, March 14 as the day for its 2021/ 2022 Matriculation Ceremony.
A statement by the Public Relations Officer of the University, Abiodun Olarewaju, on Wednesday stated that the ceremony would be conducted between 2pm and 6pm on the day.
It further read, “All matriculating students are hereby advised to get in touch with the Secretaries of their respective Faculties for the collection of academic gowns and the details of other formalities.
“We congratulate all new students and wish outstanding success in their academic pursuit.”
The management had on Monday announced the postponement of the 2021/2022 Matriculation ceremony, earlier scheduled for Wednesday, 9th March 2022, until further notice.
A release by the Director, Academic Affairs, Murtala Agbaje, had explained that a new date would be communicated to the general public, especially to those concerned in due course.
