Nigeria Participated in Opening Ceremony of 48th AU Executive Council Session in Addis Ababa
Nigeria, represented by the Honourable Minister of Foreign Affairs, H.E. Yusuf Maitama Tuggar, and the Honourable Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, H.E. Wale Edun, took part in the opening ceremony of the 48th Ordinary Session of the Executive Council of the African Union in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
The session, which brought together foreign affairs and finance ministers from across Africa, focused on continental integration, economic development, peace and security, and institutional reforms, highlighting Nigeria’s commitment to African unity, regional cooperation, and sustainable development under the AU Agenda 2063.
