Starting July 1, 2026, Meta will introduce new “location fees” for advertisers to offset Digital Services Taxes and other local levies.
These surcharges will apply to ads delivered to users in UK, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, and Turkey, regardless of where the advertiser’s business is actually based.
